People love to complicate dieting and fitness as if it's this mysterious world of complex sums and ridiculous regimes where you have to just eat a grape every day and can't ever go out for dinner.

Me on the other hand, I know for a fact that just by getting animated you can save money, weight and become a better version of yourself! 

You'll find plenty of useful advice on this site, from how to get started with running to how you can save yourself loads of calories every day by making simple changes.

But by far the most important thing you'll learn is that changing your lifestyle means you need to get animated!

All I mean when I say animated is that you need to get moving.

Here's 3 things that you can do to burn calories in the next 24 hours:

  • Replace one journey using your car with a walk or a cycle. It doesn't have to be miles and miles, maybe just to the local shop or round to a friends house. It's not the distance, but the movement that matters.
  • Replace one coffee today with a litre of water. I know you'll think I'm crazy when I tell you this is going to actually change how you feel, but just try it! You'll feel more refreshed, more energetic and you're cleaning your insides while you're at it!
  • Drink 2 glasses of fruit or vegetable juices today. You might want to invest in a juicer - you can get some help on that here, but if you want to get some vitamins and electrolytes quickly, just go and get some juice!
