COMODO FREE FIREWALL	Comodo's free firewall for PCs is very thorough if you set it to maximum security, though it is a bit irksome until it has learned which programs are safe. Recommended.

FLIX	shareware program for making time-lapse animation using a webcam
IRFANVIEW	a freeware graphics file viewer and browser (PC)
LOST MARBLE	good cheap 2D animation software: Anime Studio (previously called MOHO) This is available in PC, MAC and Linux versions.
MIRAGE	This French animation paint program has a very long history, starting as TV Paint for the Amiga then becoming Aura, sold by Newtek, now re-launched and re-written as Mirage from Bauhaus Software.
